Show Hope awards Adoption Aid grants to families to help overcome the financial barrier associated with the adoption process. Since Show Hope was founded in 2003, more than 5,800 children have been helped by these grants—which is more than one child per day in Show Hope 14 years of work. These children have come from more than 60 countries around the world, including the United States.
In order to receive a grant, adoptive families must apply through Show Hope’s online Adoption Aid application process. Applicants must be U.S. citizens, already have a homestudy, and must be adopting through a licensed 501(c)3 placement agency.
All applicants are welcome, but due to limited funding, we cannot award grants to all qualified applicants. Funding priority will be given, but not limited, to families with the greatest financial need who complete the application process with integrity, establishing that they are equipped to provide a child with a loving home consistent with the founding principles of Show Hope.
